Sam narrowly escapes the killer's trap. Killer? Or killers? One of the federal agents investigating the case isn't so lucky and winds up in the morgue. Meanwhile, Sam ponders the role his new girlfriend might play in these events and wonders if perhaps he was meant to live his life alone.
