Outside the Decepticon base, Rad activates a device given to him by Sparkplug, summoning the Mini-Con Land Military Patrol - Knock-Out, Bonecrusher and Wreckage. Meanwhile, Megatron attacks the Autobots, who are currently without Mini-Cons, his powers boosted by the Star Saber. The Decepticons have them on the ropes before Sparkplug, Jolt and Longarm arrive to turn the tables. At the end, both the Land Military and Air Defense teams depart, unwilling to get any more involved in the war.
